Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on quality of our products and we offer a no quibble return if your product should fall short of our expectations. We accept returns within seven working days. Products must be in original condition with the label intact. 

To arrange a return please use the below form first to see if we can first of all help with any issues, and if you still wish to return an item we can provide you with a returns address. This is different to our registered address. Without this form being completed if you choose to send it to our registered address we will not be held liable for any loss of misplacement of the item or items. 

Items when being returned should be securely wrapped and Proof of Postage obtained, the cost of postage is not refunded unless specifically authorised by Mongy and Weasel. A refund will be made by PayPal.
